E-Citizen Services

The E-Citizen initiative of the Department of Youth Affairs & Sports is designed to provide citizens, athletes, coaches, and sports institutions with seamless access to departmental services through a digital platform. The objective of this initiative is to ensure transparency, efficiency, and convenience in the delivery of sports-related services across Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.

Through the E-Citizen portal, users can access a wide range of online services including applications for schemes, sports hostels, training programs, events, and infrastructure usage. The platform enables citizens to submit applications electronically, upload required documents, and track the status of their requests in real time, thereby reducing paperwork and processing delays.

The E-Citizen system also serves as an information hub where users can view notifications, circulars, policies, guidelines, and downloadable forms related to sports development. A dedicated grievance and feedback mechanism allows citizens and athletes to share concerns, suggestions, and service-related issues in a structured and transparent manner.

By adopting digital governance, the Department aims to enhance accountability, improve service delivery, and ensure equal access to opportunities. The E-Citizen initiative reflects the Department’s commitment to citizen-centric governance and the promotion of a modern, inclusive, and efficient sports administration system.
